April 28th, 2011 Gear Headz Products Update
Movie Alert-Well know director Ron "Opie" Howard is working on a new flick tenatively entitled "Rush". The movie is based on the true life story of the battle for the 1976 world championship, between James Hunt, and Niki Lauda (Lauda Air founder). The film team is made up of a number of academy award winners, and may end up being one of the better racing movies, since "Grand Prix". Should be out, first quater, 2013. Watch for photos this week on Facebook, from "Back To The Bricks", in Flint, MI. Got an autograph from "Large Father" Don Garlits. Everyone quietly waited, while Don talked intently to a guy on hand, with a very vintage dragster. There will always only be one "king of the dragsters".

June 27th, 2010 Gear Headz Products Update
Got to go to Clyde and Brenda's, to see their son Travis receive his Eagle Scout badge, this weekend. Very proud moment. We remember when Clyde first arrived in Michigan from Florida, with everything he owned in a couple paper bags. Hard work and long hours paved the way to future positions as crew chief for Bob Senneker, Johnny Benson, and Glen Allen, in the ASA series. He done did some drivin in the series too! Nice to chat a bit with LeRoy, who owned a few championship winning short track cars, back in the day. Good people make the racing game what it is.

Since we have received a number of requests for a (old school) style printed catalog, the crew is right now all over it.
We are pretty much runnin on green rubber, as far as all this e-commerce stuff goes ourselves, gang. Give us a Hiborn injection system, and a magneto, any day!!!

The Kruse Labor Day auction in Auburn, IN is no more (at least for now). They have had their auction license revolked, by the state of IN. Issues in the past over sellers not being paid. This has always been one of the great car events of the year, for the Gear Headz crew.
